Shipping policy

Order processing

Every Newhaven Interiors piece is prepared and dispatched from our fulfilment partners. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm ET or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times

United States: 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.
Canada, UK, Australia and Europe: 10 to 18 business days after dispatch.

Larger furniture and lighting pieces may ship separately and can arrive on different days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays, customs checks and peak seasons can add time.

Shipping costs

Shipping options and costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any free shipping offer will be clearly shown on the site and at checkout.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show its first update.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Unless stated at checkout, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where the parcel is confirmed lost.

Damaged on arrival

If anything arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
